Welcome to our start of the month update!
Having recently completed our latest 'between rental' property and with our making good of a very sorry water damaged property (Flooring and Touch ups remaining) we now move onto the next one for our biggest client. This next property will take us nearly to the end of April whilst fitting in several domestic client jobs that we have recently secured. March has been a busy and productive month closing out two of our larger ongoing jobs whilst also securing more work ahead and the prospect of another vacant house makeover in the pipeline that will require stripping out and plastering before re-decoration and cleaning. March has seen us getting carpets fitted, boxings built, Fire Door stops fitted for Bramacare Ipswich, Painting and decorating to get some new tennants into a property in time plus pressure washing a cottage to make the outside more presentable and much more, phew...
Looking ahead to this month we have a full house re-decoration with carpet cleaning and new vinyl floors to lay, plus external work at the same property of removing unwated Ivy from the gable end of the property and cleaning out the gutters ensuring they run free of obstruction and correctly. We also have doors to hang at a local Hall and some domestic jobs including fixing gates, hanging bathroom cabinets and adjusting door handles.
With all this going on we sure have a busy month ahead however we are always happy to quote for new work to fill our calender some more and welcome enquirys.
